Each Sunday, Eucharistic Ministers visit homebound Parishioners, and also residents at Laurel Ridge Health Care Center, Ridgefield Congregate Housing and the Ridgefield Crossing Assisted Living Residence. To receive the Eucharist or to help with this ministry, please contact the Parish office .
