1.  You or a family member expect(s) to be or has been admitted to the Hospital.

2.  If you know of any Parishioner taken to the Hospital by ambulance.

Please note, there is currently a full-time Catholic Chaplain at Danbury Hospital and he is responsible for visiting Catholic patients on a regular basis, to offer Communion and the Sacrament of the Sick.
